Attorney Bailey being able to do In-person visitation is dependant upon whether the facility is allowing visits and the overall numbers for the State of Alabama.
A prison visit involves one of the attorneys at the Law Office of Matthew A. Bailey, usually Attorney Bailey, visiting the client in the institution that they are incarcerated in. During that meeting, they will go over the inmate's history, the issues in their case, possible civil rights problems that the inmate might be experiencing, and what they have done since they have been incarcerated. After the final payment is made, I try to schedule the visit within the next three weeks.
Our office is based in Birmingham, so the prices are based upon the length of the trip and the amount of time that is usually spent at the facility. It can also vary based upon the type of case.
If after visiting with the inmate the attorney feels that my representation would be beneficial in a post-conviction, parole, or civil rights case, the payments made to visit the client will be applied towards the second representation
