Attorney Matthew A. Bailey is the founder of the Law Office of Matthew A. Bailey. At his Firm he primarily works in criminal law including: violent crimes, drug crimes, felonies, misdemeanors, sex crimes, and traffic violations. He takes both appointed and retained trial level cases across all of North Alabama and appellate cases over all of the State of Alabama.

Attorney Bailey has extensive experience as an appellate attorney representing people in criminal appeals, civil appeals, motions for new trial, and post conviction work such as expungements, Rule 32 petitions, pardons, and paroles.
