Accepted Payment Methods and Arrangements

Attorney Bailey is extremely flexible in the way that you can pay for work performed in your case.

My office takes all major credit cards as well as checks, money orders, cashier's checks, and cash. Cash app and Venmo are options in some cases as well. If you have another way that you would like to pay, please contact us and we could possibly work something out.

Many of our services can be provided with a down payment and monthly payments after that. We work hard to try to work with clients on ensuring that they continue to have representation despite financial difficulties.

Attorney Bailey usually uses a flat fee contract for services such as criminal defense and appeals, pardons and paroles, Rule 32 Petitions, Federal Habeas petitions, and Motions to Reconsider.
